Minute Steak Wonder

If you want something easy and tasty to make, here is your piece:

Minute steak is a wonderful cut that is really simple to prepare. Quickly, nothing can go wrong. It's just about the idea and what you like best.

Minute Steak: As a steak, it is ideal to lightly salt (preferably with sea flakes salt, such as Maldon) and place on a hot pan, on which you have already put a teaspoon of oil. Fry quickly on both sides, put on a plate or cutting board, and let it rest for two minutes. Add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper, and that's it.

If you love sandwiches, here's one that's absolutely amazing.

Fry the cibili cut into rings in oil in a pan; in the meantime, prepare the steak as described above, then put the steak and fried onions in a sliced bun, add a piece of good cheese (cheddar is ideal, but it can be Emmental), and put under a hot grill or in a hot oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts a little. Finally, add some pepper to your liking.

Rolled slices with dual use (bracciole)

Beef minute steaks are ideal for quick preparation in a pan or on the grill, but you can also roll them up (feel free to fill them with something) and slowly cook them in tomato sauce (passata)—you will have both great meat for lunch or dinner and a great pasta sauce. For the sauce, fry the onion, carrot, and pieces of celery stalks with salt and pepper, then pour over the canned tomatoes or chop a bunch of fresh tomatoes. So cook for 20 minutes before adding the meat (ideally, mix it with a hand blender beforehand so that you have a smooth sauce).

Enjoy your meal.
